Country Road a Irish mountain landscape with sheep is an original textile art piece
This textile art piece measures 23 x 23cm and is fully framed. All handmade art made from wool, sustainable woven products, hand dyed grass & handmade sheep. Inspired from a walk on a country boreen where the grass ran down the centre of the road. I turned the corner a gate opened up to an amazing view of the beautiful Irish country side with sheep in the horizon. I really love because this is how this piece captures the Irish countryside. This mountain landscape piece with sheep would make a beautiful wedding gift handmade in Ireland by Textile Artist Laura Conneely.
MY WORK IS HANDMADE IN IRELAND (ideal for a wedding, a birthday, forever home, baby, retirement, personalised gift, commissions always welcome)
From the initial design to the artwork, framing and packaging takes place in my Rathfarnham studio in Dublin. Also, to customise this piece use the personalisation option to add a small inscription or change the name of this mountain landscape.
MY INSPIRATION FOR IRISH MOUNTAIN LANDSCAPE WITH SHEEP
I get my inspiration from walking the beaches and hills of my native Connemara, on the West Coast of Ireland. All my textile needle felted pieces are handmade in Ireland for Irish interiors. Irish Textile Wool Artist Laura Conneely is based in Dublin. My Irish Mountain Landscape, Sea Art and wild flowers are made with recycled textile fabrics and wool woven products (Recycled Art). Furthermore, this piece would make a beautiful wedding gift handmade in Ireland by Textile Artist Laura Conneely. Unique and bespoke personalised gifts are all handmade in Ireland.
RECYCLABILITY IMPORTANCE FOR TEXTILE ARTIST LAURA CONNEELY
For me, it is all about the colour, volume and texture in each piece of textile wool art. Therefore, sustainable products and recyclability are hugely important in my products. I create pieces that bring a sense of peace and harmony into everyday life. Meanwhile, with a surname like Conneely I originate from a small town in Connemara.
