Processing time
All my products are handmade. I have a limited number of products in stock and make all commissions to order after they are ordered. As the materials take up a lot of space and I only have limited storage available, I do not always have the necessary amount of wool/frames in stock to finalise your product straightaway. Therefore, the following processing times:
•    All products made to order: 3-4 weeks
•    All products in stock: 2-3 working days

Urgent orders
You may have placed an order later than planned or you may not have noticed the processing times. Please send me a message if you require anything by a certain date and I will do my best to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping
I ship all my products by Standard Post, An Post.
Once I have shipped your order, I will send you tracking information, so you can track and trace your order on its way to you.

Should you require a different shipping method, please contact me and I can arrange this for you.
Additional shipping costs on top of the Standard Post via An Post cost will be payable by you.
The above timeframes are a guideline; I may be able to ship your products sooner than the above.

Intellectual property and copyright
All products, photography and product descriptions that are part of the product and are displayed on this website and associated with Laura Conneely Art are copyright protected and are not permitted to be produced for use or resale by anyone else.
As a buyer you solely have the right to view the items on the site.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, which you have authorised Laura Conneely Art to use, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide Laura Conneely Art with additional personal information (for a custom order of for example) if you contact me directly.

Why I need your information and how I use it

when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for a mailing list;

if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving our services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve my services.

Information about our customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I do not sell your personal data third parties.

Data retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 1 year. For Irish tax purposes, I may need to present backup documentation for tax filing etc. I need to keep all payment related information on file for a maximum period of 7 years.

Transfers of personal information outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Dropbox is Privacy Shield certified.
